Thanks to Cloud Access, data transmission to the cloud at Schweizer Zucker AG is more secure, reliable and faster than with conventional Internet connections.

Schweizer Zucker AG is the only company in the country that extracts natural sugar from sugar beet. The sustainable processing also produces various animal feeds and pectin. Around 270 employees work at two locations in this interesting and diverse environment.

Business challenge

Schweizer Zucker AG was faced with the challenge of ensuring reliable connectivity between the company network and the future cloud infrastructure. This was to minimise potential failure risks in the current server landscape and to establish redundancy between the company locations in Aarberg and Frauenfeld. These measures should enable seamless and trouble-free operation.
