End-to-end digitalisation of eGovernment services at all levels of government from a single source 

The Swisscom eGovHub supports cantons and municipalities in expanding their cantonal portals or public authority counters. Thanks to secure identification, electronic signatures and seals, specialised application interfaces and AI, eGovernment becomes as convenient and simple as online shopping and e-banking.

Expand existing eGovernment offerings and enable new ones: With the eGovHub, Swisscom offers cantons, cities and municipalities support in the area of eGovernment. Process digitalisation is being driven forward and innovative solutions are being jointly implemented.

The Swisscom eGovHub includes ready-to-use tools to quickly and easily expand the digital services offered by the cantonal portal or digital government counter. It adds instruments such as online identification, AGOV login, QES or authority seals to existing portals so that only clearly identified persons can use services.

When is it the right solution?

In order to optimise the interaction between cantons, municipalities and other public and private institutions, the tried-and-tested products and tools are linked together via the eGovHub. This facilitates the integration of pioneering new technologies into existing portals and enables gradual expansion.

The government offering combines the expertise of the Swisscom subsidiaries ajila, Innovative Web (i-web) and Swisscom Trust Services. Six cantons and 550 cities and municipalities already rely on the solutions of these Swisscom subsidiaries in the area of eGovernment and web presence. Customers include numerous cities and municipalities in German- and French-speaking Switzerland with around 3 million inhabitants.
