Digital technologies can also be used in a heavily regulated environment such as healthcare and enhance customer experience. Previously, customer service from a healthcare provider was available by telephone round the clock and patients could call a hotline for a preliminary medical assessment. In the digital age, however, patients expect to be able to use communication channels at any time, wherever they are, securely and without interruption.
For this reason, we have developed an app that patients can use to access video consultations anywhere in Switzerland. Customers can view relevant information, including treatment plans, in the specially developed app at any time. The high level of data sensitivity is, of course, taken into account, and end-to-end security is guaranteed – providing real added value for both customers and providers.
This telco provider mainly provides its services via online channels, combining mobile phone subscriptions without a fixed contract term with premium services such as roaming and unlimited data within Switzerland. The company also wanted to sell mobile phones via its digital touchpoints by the end of 2018 and, at the same time, keep its sales process simple for existing and new customers. We developed a solution that offers affordable mobile contracts in conjunction with mobile phones paid for in instalments.
In the portal,
A group of leading Swiss private hospitals wanted to digitalise and optimise its invoicing process. With this aim in mind, we developed a four-step approach to create a comprehensive, flexible, web-based invoicing solution that bills patients for their care directly. It includes the possibility to combine specially adapted packages with all the necessary services and medicines. Administration is therefore automated, leaving more time for one-to-one patient consultations. Meanwhile, the solution has been enhanced with new functions such as a chatbot that deals with support queries.
