The AVANTI operations control system facilitates the professional handling of any emergency call and alarm situation. With intuitive user guidance, pre-programmed scenarios, checklists and an emergency call questionnaire, your dispatchers have everything they need to handle events efficiently.
Are you looking for a proven software solution to digitalise the business processes of your emergency and rescue service or related organisation? Do you want to digitally coordinate emergencies, shorten response times, structure communication with emergency service personnel and use mobile devices?
Every second counts in an emergency, whether it’s an emergency call or an alarm response. The AVANTI operations control system is intended for the efficient management and effective handling of a wide range of emergency scenarios, including those illustrated below.
Operations control system for emergency call handling
An accident is reported via the emergency number 117. Running through all the questions on the screen in front of her with the caller, the dispatcher quickly and reliably gathers the information required. She now knows what happened, who was involved and where the accident took place. The caller is known through geopositioning and telephone directory listing. The dispatcher then uses a checklist to initiate the appropriate measures.
A patrol unit is only 5 minutes from the incident location and is immediately alerted and given all necessary data. At the same time, the local gamekeeper and the most suitable towing service are mobilised. All processes and data are logged in an audit-compliant manner and documented securely.
AVANTI alarm reception
An automatic alarm (technical detector/transmitter connected via TCP) in a bank sends an alarm to the alarm receiving centre of the local police over a security network. Since the detector/transmitter is already registered with and known to the AVANTI system, the dispatcher is able to identify the branch immediately. He can also see which detector/transmitter triggered the alarm and the building location.
With the help of this information and relevant checklists, the dispatcher can initiate all the necessary steps, send in the first responders and necessary equipment to the appropriate location and transmit all data, including alarm devices/incident files, to the emergency vehicles and mobile devices.
AVANTI integration NG112
A touring ski group in the Grisons mountains makes a call to emergency number 144, which is received by the emergency call centre. After querying all the relevant information, the call handler understands the nature of the incident and has the casualty’s details. The precise location is also determined over the NG112 interface, enabling the initiation of a rescue.
After alerting the Alpine rescue team in a neighbouring ski resort, the Rega air mountain rescue service is also mobilised to rescue the casualty. The relevant data can be transmitted directly from the AVANTI software to the Rega operations centre over an interface. With the geopositioning information, the Rega emergency helicopter is sent directly to the scene of the accident and is able to fly the casualty to a central hospital.
