Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm
as soon as possible
Service Level Plus
Mon-Fri 8 am -7 pm and
Sat 8 am - 5 pm
within 10 hours
Service Level Advanced
Mon-Fri 6 am -10 pm and
Sat 6 am - 10 pm
within 8 hours
Compensation on failure to meet the promised rectification time.
