With the project Papillon (‘butterfly’), the private wealth management bank Piguet Galland undertook a fundamental transformation of its working environment in collaboration with Swisscom and Microsoft in 2022. ‘Like the caterpillar turning into a butterfly to fly off towards new futures,’ says Michèle Luyet, Chief Operations Officer of the bank.
Accompanied by teams from Swisscom, Piguet Galland opted for a Microsoft M365 SaaS (Software as a Service) solution ranging from mobile telephony to collaborative document management. As a result, they have been able to greatly simplify maintenance and strengthen security, while opening up Microsoft’s application world for greater mobility and efficiency. François Noël, Head of Cyber Security at Piguet Galland, said: ‘The M365 solution meets the prescribed requirements set by the regulatory authority as well as market best practices.’
